The Full Gospel Ministry focuses on Inreach and Outreach consisting of the following divisions :

Academic and Scholarship - This ministry provides assistance to all students by helping them to improve their grades and enrichment to those who need to be challenged. This is accomplished through the tutorial and literacy programs and a graduate equivalent program (G. E. D.). Financial assistance is also awarded to students entering colleges and universities.

Academy - This ministry provides Christian Education to kids K - 8. This is accomplished through moral and spiritual instruction. Each child is prepared to meet the challenges of the 21st century.

Administration - This ministry meets the demands of a growing congregation. This is achieved by a multiple staff ministry which includes a secretary, data entry clerk, business administrator and other vital leaders.

Building Maintenance - This ministry is responsible for the upkeep of the sanctuary and church grounds. This includes painting, repairs, grass cutting, carpet and floor care, general cleaning of all offices and restrooms, and the requisitioning of all necessary supplies needed for proper maintenance.

Benevolent Care - This ministry shows compassion to residents in nursing homes, the hospitalized, those who are convalescing at home after an illness, those in bereavement, the incarcerated and the substance abuser.

Child Development - This ministry provides Christian Education to all preschool children. This is accomplished through moral and spiritual instruction. Other services include Mother's Day Out and Before and After School Care.

Christian Education - This ministry provides assists each believer in his/her Christian growth through various teaching ministries: Church School, Discipleship Class, Training Union, Seminars, Workshops, Specialized Studies, Vacation Bible School and a Timothy Mentoring Ministry called "Boyz to Men".

Church Recreation - This ministry fulfills our theme "The Gospel Ministry for the Whole Man". Subsequently, we seek to develop the physical aspect of the individual through recreation. This is achieved through aerobics, organized sports and other physical activities.

College - This ministry provides fellowship, Christian growth and outreach to many students that are attending various colleges in our area. Monthly fellowship meetings include topics relating to the needs and interests of college students. This ministry includes college student fellowship and college campus transportation.

Communications - This ministry publicizes all events of the church to the local congregations and community. This can be accomplished through radio, television, newspapers, newsletters, weekly bulletins, as well as other services.

Counseling - This ministry provides short-term counseling to all members. This service may include short-term crisis counseling and/or referral to private or community agencies and support groups. This counseling service may deal with life adjustment difficulties that are marital, social, work related or interpersonal decisions. All sessions are strictly confidential. This is accomplished through pastoral, career, crisis and youth counselors.

Crusades/Conferences - This ministry arranges opportunities for ministry outside the local church in designated areas. This involves evangelistic outreach, as well as leadership, discipleship, stewardship as well as other conferences and retreats.

Diakonia - This ministry assists the Pastor in all areas. This involves the deacons, their female counterparts and layman. These individuals administer the church ordinances, assist in basic caring skills, altar ministry, service and worship.

Discipleship - This ministry ministers to the needs of the congregation by assisting them in their development as disciples for Christ and ministry involvement. This is done by the In-reach Ministry, Nuturing Ministry, Altar Ministry, In-Touch Ministry, Ministry Interviewer, Membership Secretary and New Member Coordinator.

Economic Development -This ministry brings an awareness of production, distribution and the use of income, wealth and commodities to the ministry. Seminars are also conducted to teach prudent planning in the disposition of resources so as to avoid unnecessary waste or expense. Entrepreneurship is also strongly encouraged.

Evangelism - This ministry ministers to the needs of the congregation and community. This is done by the Outreach Ministry through witnessing , soul winning, crusades and other special services. This ministry includes the Village Ministry, Intercessory and Congregational Prayer Groups, Social Services which includes the Food Bank and Clothes Closet, and is available to members, the general public and the Village Ministry.

Executive Board - This board assists the Pastor in the decision making process regarding the temporal aspects of the ministry. This includes the church budget, large purchases, contracts and any legal matters.

Family - This ministry informs unmarried members (single parents, widows, divorcees) and married members and their children, if applicable, of their roles in the Body of Christ. This is done through the Couples Ministry and Singles Ministry.

Food Services - This ministry organizes all public dinner functions or special occassions held at the church or fellowship hall. Special assistance will be given in menu planning, table setting, furniture arrangements, servers and other recommendations to make each function held an ocassion to remember.

Helps - This ministry assists the Pastor and congregation in ministry , worship and all church functions. This is accomplished through the ministries of Shepherd's staff, Beautification, Health Care, Ushers, Hostesses, Greeters and Fellowship Hall Coordinator.

Media - This ministry takes the message of the gospel to every creature as challenged in St. Mark 16:15. This ministry serves as an extension of the Evangelism Ministry and seeks to reach persons who are unable to attend church or who have interest in attending church. This is accomplished through the Radio, Television and Tape Ministry.

Men - This ministry provides fellowship, Christian growth and outreach to the many men of this congregation. This ministry includes the Deacons, Big Brothers and Christian Men's Fellowship, known as the Christian Men of Faith. Every man is challenged to become a person of probity and integrity.

Ministry In Training - This ministry helps bring men and women to maturity in Christ, by modeling their lives after Him. Those called to serve in varied ministries will also be trained to be competent in their distinctive ministry gifts and callings.

Mission - This ministry gives assistance and/or financial aid to members who have experienced severe personal misfortune or a sudden calamity or disaster. This ministry also gives financial contributions to other missions such as Prison Ministries and to other countries.

Music & Fine Arts - This ministry ministers in music and songs at all worship services and other special events.The Music Ministry consists of the Sanctuary Choir for adults (ages 18 and above); Youth Ensemble (ages 12 to 17); and the Praise and Worship team that ministers in each service. The Fine Arts ministry ministers through drama and dance. Fine Arts consist os all ages and also ministers at worship services and special events.

Public Relations - This ministry publicizes all events of the local congregation and community. This will be done through the media, as well as other sources.

Social Services - This ministry gives assistance to the poor and those in need. This ministry will make housing referrals for the for the homeless and assist with physical needs from the ministry food bank and clothes closet.

Women - This ministry challenges every woman to be a woman of dignity and virtue. This group includes the Big Sisters, Mother's Ministry and Christian Women's Fellowship, known as the Christian Women of Faith (CWF). The CWF meets monthly for times of sharing, fellowshipping and receiving relevant information, as it relates to their Christian growth as women.

Youth Ministry - This ministry challenges the children and youth to develop Christian character, build self-esteem and receive spiritual guidance. The ministry goals include teaching God's truth through the Bible, the reality of Christ, the power of the Holy Spirit and how to apply this to their lives.This is accomplished through the Children's Church, Young Ladies Christian Council, Young Men's Council and the Christian Youth Fellowship (CYF).
