To God be the glory as we celebrate over 24 years of "Gospel Ministry For The Whole Man, Spirit, Soul and Body". The
Full Gospel Church Of God In Christ was organized under the Divine Guidance of our Pastor and Founder, Bishop Charles
Brown with the theme "Gospel Ministry For The Whole Man".
The Full Gospel Ministry was born in the Grace Episcopal Church located at 3700 Canal Street. We worshiped there for ten
months. During this time Pastor Brown searched for a site we could call home and was led by God to our present location,
formerly the Claiborne Theater. Once Pastor Brown and his small congregation of followers took possession of this building
it was immediately transformed from a "den of iniquity" into a house of praise and worship, a house where the spirit of the
Lord lives and dwells, a house of miracles and prophesies, a house where the annointed Word of God is taught.
As founder of the ministry, Bishop Brown has shown himself to be a knowledgeable, skillful and gifted leader instituting
ministries and programs designed to display the love, acceptance, care, compassion, support and forgiveness that
characterizes our Lord Jesus Christ.
 
In addition to the monumental task of purchasing this building and transforming it into a sanctuary, complete with necessary
furnishings and equipment, this ministry has grown by leaps and bounds because of the vision, faith, and teachings of
